LEONECONSTRUCTIONS
Terrace House was designed around the central garden, aiming for a delicate balance between connection and seclusion. The surrounding environment played a key role in creating a sense of separation and buffering along the built edges. The client’s desire for a home that harmonises their eclectic taste and collected pieces within contemporary spaces drove Jolson to emphasise both personal expression as well as an overall sense of calm throughout the residence. A seamless flow from indoors to outdoors was essential, allowing the garden to engage the senses throughout the day and across seasons. – The Local Project
